Parking is available for your car inside the premises for free. The center is about 1.5 km away, just 5 minutes by car.

No deposit is required. The credit card serves as a guarantee, in some cases we reserve the right to pre-debit the amount, with the exception of non-refundable rates which are charged immediately.

No, but laundry service is available for a small extra charge.

Yes it is present in all apartments.

Cleaning is carried out on a weekly basis.
If you would like cleaning and linen change midweek, this service is available at a small additional cost.

Of course, you can leave them with us and they will be kept in a designated space.

Yes, bed linen and towels are included in the price.
It is also possible, with a supplement, to have midweek linen changes.

Each kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas hob with 4 burners, hood with extractor, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, espresso coffee machine, kettle, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery and other accessories.
During the hot season, an equipped outdoor area is also available.

The apartments are a 5-minute drive from Siena. On foot it is about 30 minutes from the train station and about 25 minutes from the historic center.

We accept major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and cash payment for amounts not exceeding €3,000.
